  • Hot & cold water shut-off valves under all bath sinks (if in a cabinet) 

  • Single lever faucets with pop-up drains and Exhaust fans in all bathrooms vented to the exterior

  • Full width quality plate mirrors above vanities and solid surface counters, from builder’s selection

  • Privacy locks on doors and ground fault interrupter protection in all Bathrooms

All upgrade charges must be paid by our future Owners and acknowledged by the builder in writing at the time of the order. All selections must be completed within 60 days of the start of construction.  All changes must be in writing using the builder’s change order form, signed by all parties and paid for in advance.
