PAUL ROBERT HEATH, B.A.(Queen’s) 1972, LL.B.(Queen’s) 1974, called to the Ontario Bar 1976, practiced McDowell, Hafemann and Heath (Waterloo) 1976-1980, McKay Heath (Niagara Falls) 1980-2018, in a general practice of law with emphasis on real estate. Paul’s practice has varied over the years from doing real estate for a large builder to federal crown prosecutions. His experience and insight allowed him to provide sophisticated advice to his business clients.
An active member of the Estates of Niagara development team since 2012, as an shareholder, member of the Board of directors and advisor to the management team.
Paul has been active in the community including past President on the Kinsmen Club, and past Chairman of the Boys & Girls Club and St. Andrew’s United Church. He was instrumental in developing the 60-unit Fairhaven Senior Apartments in Niagara Falls through the non-profit St. Andrew’s Niagara Housing Development Corporation.
His personal interests include gardening, cooking and carpentry. Although retired from the practice of law, Paul looks forward to bringing his special skill set developed from years of experience to assist in the creation of the Estate of Niagara.
