  • All Baths are designed to meet the needs of our members, with a Walk-in Acrylic one-piece tub/shower unit with temperature-controlled Moen single-lever faucets with pop-up drains. 
  •  White bathroom plumbing fixtures
  • Hot & cold water shut-off valves under all bath sinks (if in a cabinet) 
  • Single lever faucets with pop-up drains and Exhaust fans in all bathrooms vented to the exterior
  • Full-width quality plate mirrors above vanities and solid surface counters, from builder’s selection
  • Privacy locks on doors and ground fault interrupter protection in all Bathrooms

For those original members, requesting any changes or upgrades to their ISL Unit, all upgrade charges must be paid by our requesting member future and acknowledged by the builder in writing at the time of the order. All selections must be completed within 60 days of the start of construction.  All changes must be in writing using the builder’s change order form, signed by all parties and paid for in advance.
