Our Charter Life Membership and Club Life Membership program let’s you retain your home’s earned value for the acquisition of a unit or sharing a unit like our Friendship suite or investigate our leasing program. The long-term benefit of becoming a Charter Member or a Club Member is knowing that you are on a preferred waiting list for an Assisted Living Suite, if and when you need it (subject only to availability).

Becoming a member is easy as making a commitment to becoming a Charter or Club member and paying the monthly fees, which only start when you want in home services or when WaterView Estates opens its doors in 2025. Both our ISL Units and Suites are designed spaces to bring neighbours and families together to enjoy every part of their life. The Chic modern designed 2-bedroom Units are around 1,000 Square feet including a common balcony. 


Our Friendship Suites consist of a private bedroom, sitting area, full bath, and closet area, where two members share the communal space consisting of the kitchen, dining, and living room with common access to a balcony. 


Our ASL Suites are 330 square feet each with a common kitchenette area.


These spaces include a long list of amenities and standard features such as nine-foot-high ceilings, large open hallways, and well-appointed common areas. For your Safety and security, we provide a secure, well-lit parking structure exclusively for our members.


Construction is scheduled to start in Late 2023 and occupancy is currently schedules to start in the spring fall of 2025.
